Hi ,
I can’t seem to know how to sort the pay statements report according to ascending personnel number.
I tried to do so by clicking “Select” -->“Sorting” tab before I run the report for a specific pay period of course, but I can’t find the personnel number field by which I can do the sorting .
Any help ??
Hope I understood this right. You are trying to sort a report using a field whose table is not directly present in the report query. Open the report, go to the query, right click and select the relating table. E.g. worker table in this case.
Then select your new table in the sorting criteria. This should do the job.
