SO confirmation print is showing a blank page no details

hi all

I have a problem in 2 client Pc’s while they want to CONFIRM SO they got a blank page

but if use the same domain user in another computer all details will be shown normally .

please help

hey guys any body has an idea about this matter. please help I tried to delete data usage and delete all users .auc user profile

unfortunately no change PO confirmation page and SO is showing a blank page on two users only
