Sned SMTP mail with jmail

Hi, a complete noob to NAV but IT savvy.

I found some info here on how to send SMTP mail directly from Navision, using jmail. The problem is there were not complete start to finish steps for me to try.

Does anyone have any info that I can perform in a step by step guide?

thanks. I have previously been to that site and info. The problem is, it does not provide any instructions beyond “download jmail.msi”

I have done that. I have installed jmail. But now what? How do I get it to do “file>send>mail”?
