SMTP Mail setup NAV 2016 Question

Hi Folks -

One of our customer has the below SMTP Mail setup

SMTP Server - smtp.office365.com

SMTP Server Port - 587

Authentication - Basic

User id - relay@synco.com

Password - ********

Secured Connection True

Everything works fine with relay@synco.com sending out notifications and just works fine.

They want to add another email id cs@synco.com to send out notifications for customer service and when you add the code in

Mail.CreateMessage(‘TAX CERTS.’,‘cs@synco.com’,TempEmail,

SubjectText,BodyText,TRUE); It errors out with below error

Are you able to send to this email using the SMTP setup test function?

Erik, Yes, I was able to resolve this issue. In the Office 365 user had to set the Send as for cs@synco.com and it worked. Thanks again.
