Simultaneous Operations in Route.

Dear All,

I have route for an item XXXXXXX as fallows;

operation no operation name time next operation

10 cutting 20 min 20

20 welding 40 min 30

30 painting 15 min 0

Now when i estimate the production of item XXXXXXXX for quantity 10

operation no operation name total time next operation

10 cutting 200 min 20

20 welding 400 min 30

30 painting 150 min 0

Here system shows that we need to wait for 200 min to start operation 20(welding).

But i need to start operation 20(welding) after operation 10(cutting) i.e 20 min of first item.

Here What i mean is,i need to process operations simultaneously with out wait for others.

in route > in line of operation there is a option in General> Operation> Link type > select Hard, do this for operation 10 and 20

Pls see Queue time after, transit time for operation 10

Pls see queue time before and setup time of operation 20

You would use the transfer batch setting on the routing for this.
