Showing Necessary Fields (Terminal Services)

Hi All I just received this query from my customer after transfering their entire database to a remote server which they are accessing through terminal services. The users had done some setups in terms of the showing necessary fields they used daily. However, they complained that the setups are lost after they log into the system the next time. These are apparent in the sales lines, purchase lines columns. Can anyone help? Thanks alot.

This is because the users share the same ZUP file. If you change the shortcut to include the parameteres ID and Tempfile, the problem is solved. C:\Program Directory\FIN.EXE ID=%username%,TempFile=%temp%"

Hi Thanks for your help but I’m facing another error when I tried using the code. It goes like this program property ‘Temp file’ is unknown. Sorry, I’m on the functional side so these codes are like greek to me. Can you elaborate more? Thanks once again.

You have to write the parameter tempfile without blank! this should do the work. regards, Frank

Hi Frank Thats what I exactly did. In fact I cut and paste the whole thing… haha. But thats when I got that error msg.
