Ship Complete Option on Sales Order in AX 2012 R3

Hi,

We are using AX 2012 R3 CU9.

We tried to enable the call center module & setup call centers according to the link provided below, as we wanted the ship complete functionality on sales order.

But we were unable to enable the full functionality. Ship Complete check box is disabled, complete button on action pane is not visible & Delivery Details tab is also not visible on header tab in line view.

The sales order view should be something like

We are opening AX with the user that we setup in the channel users on the call center. Are we missing any setup?

We require to setup this functionality on priority basis. Any help would be welcomed.

Did you check the configuration for call centre and then press the initialize button in the retail parameters?
