how to settle on account invoice for project , is it from AR module ??
if so, why settlement information is not view on the invoice ??

In the FP projects, customer is invoiced using on-account invoice and payment is recorded using standard AR payment journal. You can settle the invoice there itself or later using open transaction editing.
