I’m on NAV 5 sp1 and I’m not seeing a copy document for service. Is that the case?

That is correct. There is not a copy document feature in Service Management.

**Edit. Let me be more specific. There is no copy document feature on Service Orders. Copy Document, at least the Copy Document Mgt. codeunit, is used to copy contract lines between documents.
