When invoice report will be created, this white paper reports will sent this customer mail account like a PDF format ?

How to write this code for white paper report for sending to mail.

It’s supported out-of-the-box since version AX 4.0, I believe. What version do you use? Please never forget to mention your version (you can easily attach a tag with it).
