i want to send report 405 (purchase order) thru email to the vendor. is there any standard way in navision, or we need to develop customized one. we are using lotus notes email system.

I would recommend you do some small modification work (new reports with logos and menu options)and use PDF mailer, as it ooks more professional. As standard you could save the report as a HTML file and attach it to an email or use the send report by email option from the file menu once the print out is previewed, although I am not sure if this works with the lotus notes email system.
