Actually my client have various customer and he need some information to distribute every client like balance, payment,due date etc…
so for that purpose he need the functionality to send bulk mail to their respective client.
or you can say that he wants to send mail to their multi customer.
as we r doing in Ms Word Mail merge.
and how we add distribution group.
and if any software needed please tell

You can add distribution list via your Exchange/Outlook settings
To send to multiple customer you will need to code for this - We have developed an add-on for this. The basis is to create a report/codeunit to loop through the customers, generate the information to a PDF file and E-mail the files
