where can i see if the confirmation PO has been sent via email by the buyer?
We need to see the list of all PO that has been sent vs which ones were not sent.

Check the mailbox of how you are sending the email. From an FO perspective this is part of the print routine and there are many options to push this to email, once the print function is complete the document is “confirmed” which means the confirmation has “gone”, where you see this depends upon what you have used to forward route the email
