Can anyone please tell me how to adjust the AX2012 font size
It is driven by windows if you mean the general font, and with elements like Windows 10 you have extra settings which impact on AX sometimes showing large font. There is no setting in AX to impact on this and AX only supports certain font sizes, so you might be creating an issue:
