Sandbox/Production options are not visible in online BC

Hi All,

From last two months I am using a xyz login with SUPER permission for online BC. Suddenly from yesterday I am not getting options to select environment(sandbox or Production), Tell Me(bulb) not visible, all other setting options are gone. This user is still SUPER user.

Whereas with different login with SUPER permission it working fine.

What could be the issue.? Any help. Upto my knowledge no one did any changes in DB.Change Log is not activated so that I can say anything confirm. If you require any extra info please tell me.

Hi Nikitha,

After login to the Business Central click on the menu button and choose the business central sandbox then it will directly open the sandbox environment. please see the below screenshot.
