I have some problems in Service Orders area
We have two companies in our holding namely company A and company B. The relationship between these two companies is define as intercompany in Dynamics Ax 2009.
In reality customer purchase a product from company A and company B is responsible for service of product manufacturing by company A.
So if when a customer need service for the product, he knows company A, because he bought the product from company A. But company B is responsible for service fulfillment for the customer.
Now, we are going to know how Dynamics Ax2009 can automatically register the same Service order (that received by Company A) to the service order of company B.
