Hi, I would like to know the root cause behind a product being sold for less than the cost. As shown in the screenshot, the same product was sold with a profit margin of -288%. Does anyone know what could be the root cause for this discrepancy? Users don’t have permission to change the cost in the sales order. I checked the agency’s pricelist, but a logic didn’t exist in the pricelist. I really appreciate any help you can provide.
