Can anybody tell me how to setup sales journal? we have client who don’t manufacture anything… it’s a service based organisation. If i want to post sales invoice, how can i do?

Your question is so generic in can get no detailed answer. What have you tried? What do you need? Where are you issues? What do you understand?
I can post free text invoice… but i want to set up sales quotation, sales order & sales journal for sales non-inventory items. We already have set up for non-invenotry purchase items. We want to do the same in accounts receivable.
The sales orders and sales quaotations will use the exact same item table, you should see them by going to the item field on the line.
