Where do I configure whether a Sales confirmation is printable or not? I’ve accidentally managed to print a few confirmations, but now, whenever I preview a confirmation, the Printer icon is dimmed.

even it is dimmed,u can press Ctrl+P the print option is comming,u just select the printer and take print .i just ckecked,it is working
