Each time we try to add a new menu the RTC crashed! or each time we try to add anew column the ribbon crashes.
Any idea what could be the reason for this issue?

please always add the nav version to the tag list.
try to remove object metadata of that page, then restart nav service. if that does not work maybe it’s needed to remove and reinstall at least the windows client.
Still not working, I guess this has something to do with the Performance. Our client logs into Terminal server and sometimes he have this issue?
Usually I tried it locally from my RTC client and nothing is crashing. Any idea where is the problem?
did you update to the newest CU ?
I did, but it seems like a server issue.
Does the user get an error displayed?
do you get that error in all pages or only in one?
do you use (control) addins?
check, if you get that error with that nav version using a demo database.
check windows eventlog.
