I have a query with respect to Route details.
I have a scenario where the runtime defined in the operation 10 is 90 hrs. Company calendar is defined as 9 hrs per day. Based on the above details, I have configured the route with the Operation 10 as Primary and scheduled the Job. Since the company calendar is been defined as 9 hrs per day, i can able to complete the job on the 9 day which is correct.
But if deploy more number of employees, assume 3 employees per day, i may able to complete the operation on 3rd day. Is that possible in route master?
I tried with Primary and Secondary operations in the Route master, i’m facing error while doing the same. System does not allow to have same operation 10 both for Primary or Secondary and I have create separation operation no for Primary and Secondary, at the time of updating the route, system says Primary operation is not defined.
Request anyone can provide solution for the above scenario where i need to complete the operation if I’m able to deploy more number of employees.

So you want to plan to deploy more employees but for one production job? I would look at the efficiency scheduling of the work centre on the route and then up this. Depends if you need to track the employees as resources or not etc and then the rest of your setup. You could reduce the time and then increase the number of work centres in these instances.
