Can any one explain to me what the “Route group” for used for , and what is the options available at the setup tab in this form??

It is used to control what elements of time are considered relevant and also whether auto-consumption is used (it is not if you use MES). The setup tab impacts on the jobs created in job scheduling, how time impacts on capacity and what is considered working time, so you may not want transport time to impact on capacity (you should not as it impacts on resource capacity) but if you did you can activate it.
