Role Center language problems

Hi,

I’m facing an issue with the Role Center. An user changed his language from EN-US to NB-NO, restarted the application and the whole interface, including Role Center, changed the language. When he turned back to EN-US, everything was back to normal, except the Role Center which is still in NB-NO (including de web page). I have tried everything (changing roles, changing the language, recreating the user etc) but it’s stuck on that language. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

I suspect it may be to do with IE caching. Can you try deleting browsing history in IE under Tools > Options > General tab.

I already did this. Nothing changed. Even when changing roles, so a new page/new objects load, they still load in the old language.

That is strange. Under the hood, Role Center (RC) is essentially a web page. Therefore clearing IE caching, should update Role center.

Do you see the wrong language in whole RC or specific artifacts such as SSRS reports, SSAS reports? Please let us know.
