Restoring an Archived Sales Quote

Hello all!

Navision 2009 R2 user here…

My sales quote is visible in ‘Sales Quote Archive’ and I need to restore this quote but I’m receiving the error message “Unposted Sales Quote SQ13491 does not exist anymore. It is not possible to restore the Quote.”

It’s imperative that this is restored for our customer history…is there anyway to get this back?

Hi,
Try to create the quote again (same number) and the see if you can restore.

if the original sales quote is removed, e.g. by converting to an order, in standard nav it’s not possible to restore an archived sales quote back to a sales quote.
you coud manually create a new sales quote with the same number, copy the header values and the sales lines.
Or extend function RestoreSalesDocument in CU 5063.
