Client is having an intermitten problem in the Requestion Worksheet with items already reserved populating in the REQ Worksheet.
The client can easily identify these items as the Reserved Qty = 0.
They open the existing sales order or purchase order for these items; cancel the reservation. and then manually create the reservation again. These actions will prevent the item from reappearing in the REQ Worksheet via the Calc. Plan function. (PS - we have analyzed the original and follow-on reservations and haven’t discovered any difference between them.)
The Reorder Policy for these items are set to: ORDER
Workflow of original process:
Sales Orders are created, then REQ WORKSHEET’s calc. plan functionality and carryout action message creates PO. And reservations are created during the CarryOut Action process.
On succeeding runs of the REQ Worksheet cal. plan function, some of these items will reappear, although there is no additional demand and the previous reservation entries look fine.
Has anyone heard of this issue occurring? Or can offer suggestions to replicate and resolve.
