Dear Mr.Matt Traxinger,

Thank you for the reply.I want to display

order date,external doc number ---------------- sales header

order date , material availability -------------Purchase header

with required filter criteria : Date, item,location,purchase order,sales order,project code,vendor

Do i have to use any other tables to get data or can we link these 2 tables.

Please so me sample report.as iam new to report design i had a report to design please help me by showing this so that i can extend this report more.

if you want only data’s from these two table then use only them in the designer…but i see you want location,item and vendor etc also. so i think you should use other tables also.
