Report movement employee scanner

Hi all,
I am very new on Dynamics. We started working at the beginning of this year with this software and keep working with one of the last ones.
The thing is we give a bonus to forklift drivers who move more pallets per year and warehouse. Meaning they work more so they get a bonus. Do you know any report or any way where I can see this information? A list of employee scanners with total movements per monty, day, year. If not is it possible to use power bi to see this information?
Thanks in advance.
Alberto.

Hi Alberto, welcome to the world of Dynamics. Couple questions to clarify the topic and then hopefully I can make a suggestion.

-Which kind of Dynamics are you running? This forum to my knowledge is for D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (formerly Finance & Operations (formerly AX)). If you are using BC (“Business Central”)/NAV, GP, (or anything else that’s not AX/F&SCM/F&O), there are some other sub-forums for those. Personally, I work with F&SCM/F&O (many people who work with Dynamics are specialists in one kind of it). So if you aren’t using F&O, I suggest to repost in another sub-forum instead

However, if you are using F&O/F&SCM:

-Are you using the WMS (Warehouse Management System), or the ‘classic’ Inventory Managment functionality. If you’re using WMS, are you using the WMS Mobile App?

If you’re using the WMS Mobile App, I think there are a couple reports we could try.
One suggestion could be the ‘Mobile device activity log’ (Warehouse Management > Inquiries and reports > Mobile device logs > Mobile device activity log), I haven’t much tested it directly but it sounds like it’s worth checking out.

Another good option may be ‘Labor by user’ report (Warehouse Management > Inquiries and reports > Warehouse monitoring reports > Labor by user). As long as your forklift drivers have their own Worker ID, then you should be able to get a good breakdown that way. It looks like this:

What could be a good option for you is the ‘Closed work report’ (Warehouse management > Inquiries and reports > Closed work report). This will show a record of all Work completed for a given daterange. It can also be filtered by Worker ID, or if it’s run wide open, no problem, it will just show everyone but it will be sorted/paginated by Worker. Basically I think if you are running WMS, it should give you what you need, but try it out and let me know.

Let me know if you are able to clarify some of the details of the topic or have some follow-up questions.

Kind Regards
Edison
