Report Design Preview error unable to preview report install business intelligence development studio

Hi Guys

While editing report design in my visual studio 2010 it showing error unable to preview report install business intelligence development studio

I am using sql server 2014 and using AX 2012 R2

Please show me the way how to solve it

This is installation issue, may be you have to contact your System administration department. Do you see this issue only for this particular report or for every report ?

Another possible solution is to try deploying the report from Visual Studio and test it in AX or you can restore the report in AX AOT and deploy it and test it. Hope this helps

To view the report in Visual Studio, you will have to install Business Intelligence development studio. Without which report preview won’t be possible in Visual Studio.
