Remove reserved physical form the purchase line

Dear All,

There is an Item with Configuration size and color has Qty on Hand 10 but cannot be issued because it is shown as “Reserved physical” in issue column.

Reservation should be removed to be able to issue the Qty. Please advice.

Go reserved transaction, click on Inventory → Reservation , in that form change the value in reservation field. (this will remove the reservation and the status will be onOrder)

But you will need to go to the source document causing the reservation, the purchase order is a result of the sales line reservation being automatic and you ticking the parameter to reserve ordered items - you might want to review that setting.

Thanks Kranthi for the reply. But purchase lines are deleted So it doesn’t allow me to save the reserved value. It gave an error “Inventory transactions are not supported for this posting.”
