Is there a basic overview or getting started guide I can read on relationship management, Navision CRM, contacts etc ? The online help just dives straight in, and I really need an overview - what it can do etc - otherwise I’ll be re-inventing the wheel. We want to do basic stuff, like mailshotting the contacts with reminders, flagging them if they order through other channels, recording phone calls, instructions etc. Thanks, Chris

Ah - got that (CRM_mkt_and_sales) as well as CRM_Service, but it’s for 3.60 & we’re on 3.70 - don’t know if there’s much difference? It seems to be the sort of thing I want. Thanks
Unfortunately, we’re still on 3.60, so the manual I have won’t help you much. Have no idea if there is much difference or not. Do you know if there is a possibility of assigning company to another company in CRM? Is it possible to do on 3.70? Now in 3.60, there is only a possibility of assigning person to a company.

The structure is basically the same. If you read through the 3.60 documents, you will not be wasting time.
