Hello,
Is it possible to recognize whether a purchase order is created by masterplanning or not?
Now when I firm planned orders, purchase orders are created, but is it possible to select after firming all created purchase orders?
Thanks in advance for your help

No not to my knowledge, but why do you ask?
The purchaser asked me for the following reason.
After he firmed the planned orders in masterplanning, he wanted to select all purchase orders generated by firming the planned orders.
Reason, for example to send a confirmation and to confirm the PO’s.
The planned items should have a buyer group assigned - manually raised ones not or a different one.
You plan by buyer group
Upon releasing “x” orders go to the open purchase orders.
Filter where the buyer group is yours and the document status is “None”.
Confirm all of these and the document status will change.
In AX2012, go to line details of the purchase order, select Product tab, in the Planned-order reference section you will see:
Number (number id of the planned purchase order)
Master plan (name of the master plan that generated the planned purchase order)
If it was not generated by master planning, you will not have this info
The line yes (and I should have said) but not the order to identify for confirmation. Although there could easily be a screen in AX2012 that I have missed. [:D]
Thanks… I looked on the header, but skipped the lines [:D]
I can not find how I can assign a buyer group to a coverage group. Is there setup possible to assign the PO’s created by Masterplanning automatically to a buyergroup MP?
You assign the buyer group to an item - the theory being one buyer is responsible for a range of items.
