re:Customer Ledger Entries Missing the amounts

hi , our company has a head office branch scenario , on Wednesday our clarks posted JNL payments for the store , the posting went through correctly , but the problem is that at store level , they only see headers but no amounts for these payments.

i know what caused that problem , and i know that the problem is not on going , but just for those transactions its missing the amounts. Is there anything that i could do to fix this at store level.

They are running nav dynamics ver 6.0 classic.
