Could anyone please tell me that how can I re-confirm the Purchase Order .

In AX 2012? From the purchase order, go to the ‘Purchase’ tab on the ribbon bar and hit ‘Confirm’ (you’ll find it in the ‘Generate’ group).

Go to PO line and change the qty or price .

Dear Syed,

Any changes made in PO line will reopen the PO. As you will confirm it again it will create another version of purchase order with new changes made.You can see this in purchase order confirmation journal.

Exaple: PO1001-1 (Means version 1)

PO1001-1(Means version 2)
