Question regarding form

Hello,

I have a question regarding form…Suppose i have 3 tables name T1 T2 T3, with corresponding fields a1 b1 c1, a2 b2 c2, and a3 b3 c3…now i have to make the form in such a way so that when i enter the values in these 3 table and suppose i have a save button so these values automatically got saved in the 3 tables and also on table T4…

Please reply me…

what is T4 contains.If it contains all the fields a1 b1 c1, a2 b2 c2, and a3 b3 c3 then u an make it T4 data source of a form.and then insert a values for a respective tables
