Production scrap generated from all item transfer to one single item

Hi friends,

We are using AX 2012. In our case we are using 3 major raw material as C.I.Scrap, M.S.Scrap & Pig Iron to produce metal. We have already defined scrap % of each item separately in BOM. Herewith I want to know that how to can I transfer total scrap generated from all above 3 raw materials to one RM account to C.I.Scrap.

Hi Samir,

You can generate new production order as finish goods C.I.SCRAP and make the picking list of three different scrap raw material. This way you can consume the raw material and generate the one scrap material.

I hope this way work around solution can achive your result.
