Hi Kelvin, I’m not sure exactly what you want, but the Production Schedule would have to be calculated for all customers together, though I imagine you can customise it to display only the results for a given customer. If Customer A only orders item A, and Customer B only orders item B, and these items have no common components and do not use any common Machine Centers / Work Centers, then you could just filter down to item A, say. If they both have orders for item A, then you would have to use Order Tracking to see which Production Orders are linked to which Sales Orders, but I think that that would require some programming (i.e. customisation).
