right click on the tab or button on which you want to get the product tables, click on personalise then the last 2 vaules will be tablename.fieldname
step1: open the form in the front end for the form then right click on any grid or any place where it gets the value from some other fields,
step2: click on personalize there it will take you to the table name and field name of particular tabless!!!
