I need to be able to pull emails periodically from a shared mailbox within Exchange365 into Business Central and assign the emails to salespeople, opportunities, orders, etc.
I can easily handle the matching and allocation of the emails once they’re in BC.
Is there an easy way of getting BC to connect to Exchange and pull only new emails (text and attachments)?
Easy way, I don’t think so… there is a Microsoft Graph API Rest that allows you to access to emails among other things:
