when i try to open sales order iam getting error "
Sales Header Does not Exist
Identification fields and values :
Document Type = ORDER , NO = ‘1009’
Document Type: ORDER.,NO.:1009
I think problem is with number series plz help me out
In Object Designer Go to form no. 42 & then try to compile the form.
It seems that some how filter was set on code 1009. & then SO 1009 was deleted…
(Also check the SO no. series in sales & receivable setup)

Deleting your zup file should resolve the issue.
Hi don’t run that form from there
simply press F11 to compile the form.
Or what you can do make the no. series manual for time being & then try to open it.
open the navision form again
where does the zup file located unable to find that
also can i delete that or will i have to take any special care
Deleting the Zup file will also delete settings for other forms. There is no harm in deleting the zup file but all the settings done by the user e.g. fields rearrangements & filters will be gone.
My advise is go to object designer, design form 42, save the form again. This would result in all settings of the form in the zup file to be reset for the user.
