We switched computers from 95 to NT/2000 and are unable to print payroll checks now. We get the error “You cannot print checks from this workstation.” This only affects payroll checks…we can print from payables fine. Our NSC (who shall remain nameless) has not been able to help and we’ve had this problem for 3 months now. So, we have this old 95 machine sitting here just to print payroll checks. Any ideas?
Do you have a printer Selection set up for that report? If you changed Workstations, the Cheque printer must be set-up on that Workstation. No, we looked at that. But, we don’t have anything set up in the Printer Selections. Also, we didn’t change printers. It is the same printer that we’ve always used.
