Power BI Gateway authentication error

Do you need to setup a NAV service with the Credential Type of NavUserPassword to connect PowerBI.com to NAV using the on-premise gateway?

When we try to connect to the gateway from PowerBI.com using the Windows authentication, we get ‘AccessUnauthorized’ error.

Are you using a “real” certificate or a self-signing certificate?
