Planning Worsheet not including Demand Forecast

Hi, we ran into some problems when running the Planning Worksheet in our production environment:

  1. The planning worksheet does not include the demand forecast on the item lines. → biggest problem ! But it does include the demand forecast when running the planning worksheet in our test environment.

  2. When we try and run the MRP and MPS separately it still includes both of them into one planning worksheet, and does not separate them, e.g. we have a material planner and demand & supply planner - it would be nice for them to see the messages they need to execute separately and not together. → but I guess this step can be filtered through , its not a big deal.

I hope someone can help ! pls

Sara - one item to check is if the Foecast has a location? Assuming you have location mandatory marked in Inventory setup

Sara,
Open your Manufacturing Setup and see if you have this toggle (“Use Forecast on Locations”) turned on:

If not, turn it on and try running your Planning Worksheet again.

Hi all - Thanks for the help I can now see my Demand forecast in the Planning Worksheets. It was indeed in my Manufacturing Setup where i needed to activate my “Use Forecast on Locations”.
