Hi, when i run the planning worksheet its only showing for the MPS and not the MRP (blank). I went back to the item card and made changes (i have my replenishment section filled out with Routing and BOM + Order Policies filled out) = still blank. I also created a demand forecast = still blank.
Hi John, i do have location mandatory setup. I did retry and got some new output: But the purchase order do not have a ref.order.No - which means i cant accept the action message?

What Reordering Policy are you using? Not all policies will fill in the Ref. Order fields. Also, if you aren’t getting a suggestion, a Reordering Policy is required for the Planning Worksheet to make suggestions for the Item.
Regarding the Components at Location field in the Manufacturing Setup, if you only have one (1) Location then populate this field with that Location. If you have multiple Locations, it is better to leave it blank and Create Stockkeeping Units for the different Locations.
Regarding the Forecast, be sure you have “Use Forecast on Locations” enabled.
Thank you for the reply, i am using Prod.order as my reorder policy. I always remember to fill out the Reordering Policy on the item card. I only have one Location set up right now.
