Planned order is not created for BOM components

Hi All,

i have processed master scheduling for the particular item in AX 2012.

planned order is created for finished good items based on sales order demand.

planned order is not created for BOM components. coverage group is mapped for all the items.

stock is not available in inventory for BOM components.

kindly provide the solution.

Is the BOM active?

Is the item set to explode from a planning perspective?

What is the item coverage group setting?

What is the supply profile of the components?

You would need to post screen shots of the BOM, planned production order, a component coverage group and the net requirements screen for the same component for the warehouse the demand would be seen.

Hi,

Check whether the BOM is approved and as well as activated? .

And then check your master scheduling.
