I am currently working on a phone integration we use Avaya IP office.

I am testing UC+ as a middle tier client, this client seems very flexible.

I now have 2 main questions:

  1. is there a string you can call to auto fill the incomming phone number in the phone field of a new contact field? Calling the contact field I found by using:

dynamicsnav://nav:7046/Dynamics_Live//runpage?page=5050&bookmark=29%3buhMAAAJ7%2f0MATgBUADAAMAAyADQANwA1

  1. UC+ has a standard function to show the contact page in the WEB client when a phone number is reconised. Although I would like to open the card in the regular client. Is there a function for this?
