Hi @Harpreet_Singh, Welcome to the group. Can you please provide more information on the workflow? Is it standard workflow or there are any customizations done in the workflow?

There is an error in unpack, there are can be multiple reasons for this.

  • Have you checked that the user to which workflow work item is being assigned is still active in AX?

  • Have you compiled the system and checked if there are any errors. Try generating full CIL once.

  • Error can also generate in unpack when database is imported from another system. For e.g., Refresh from production to Dev. Some data corruption can cause issue in submitting old workflow. In this scenario, full compile & CIL should be done & then cancel & submit the workflow again.
