Payment with discount

Hi,

Does AX 2012 support payment with discount, for example, terms 2%10/Net 45, payment is due no later than 45 days of receiving the invoice, and the customer is entitled to a 2% discount if it makes payment within 10 days.

Yes it does, as does AX2009, version 4 etc. Look at the cash discount setup.
