Passwords for protected Navision sites

Hello, I’m from Blue Bridge, Lithuanian NSC. Navision has two password protected places ftp://ftp.navision.com and http://partners.navision.com/ We requested our NTR for passwords. Unfortunately, the answer was negative [:(] Reason - these sites are only for NTR and HQ internal use. Are this true? Arturas Drumsta, drumstukas@hotmail.com

Hi all, Same question for the site basecamp.navision.com Anybody knows? /Sven

As a former NTR employee here in the US, these sites were traditionally used for communication of info prior to releases and other “need to know” information that was specific to Navision a/s and their subsidiaries. While I would love to certainly have access to that information…as I used to…there is no way that they’d let us have access as NSCs. While there is definitely a great deal of information in there that would definitely help in us increasing sales and the overall flow of information to customers, Navision feels that the information should be communicated via other media. Plus, not all the information such as product management “future development” stuff is actually going to come into fruition. It would simply be waiving a steak in front of a starving dog. Heck, as a salesperson, any rumors I hear tend to end up inadvertently getting thrown out as being available as being included in the next release anyway… Finally, just because someone might have a password that used to work for these sights doesn’t mean that it still does. I know with partners.navision.com they updated the passwords and logins at least every month. Give it up gentlemen…

You can add ftp://ftp.greatplains.com/navision
