Order line is Locked

Hello,

I am using AX 2009. When I try to firm a planned order. I get this error message

“MPO_000956”

“Item Number abc”

“Order line is Locked”

Can anyone let me know why the order line would be locked?

The planned order is pegged to a sales order line, look at the line and the Line details, status section - stopped is ticked meaning it is locked. Untick to process.

Thank you for the reply. When I look at the SO at the line details. The Status is “Open Order”. It is also greyed out so I wouldn’t be able to change the status.
