Can you tell me how to calculate opening balance of item in AX?

Are you trying to create the opening balance? Use an item journal to do this.

I want to select opening balance of item by accounting period. It can be in the past.

I want to showing inventory include (opening balance,increase, decrease…) in a set date.

Nope there is not a standard report in this format, you would need to write one to produce this.
